Rivers Speaking Solutions creates survivor-led post-stroke education for people navigating life after discharge.
Our work sits in the space where recovery becomes real life: at home, after the crisis, when survivors and care partners are asking, “Now what?” RSS focuses on stroke recovery, aphasia, communication disorders, cognitive changes, and the practical path back to clarity, confidence, and care.
Through ROSA, Brain Friends: The Podcast, and related education projects, RSS helps survivors and care partners understand recovery, reduce fear and stigma, ask better questions, and take the next right step.
ROSA is a community-based, survivor-led education and orientation model. It is not treatment, product education, or a support group. It is a practical access point built around readiness, trust, communication support, and clear next steps.
RSS is grounded in lived experience, ethical program design, and community trust.
We help turn outreach into engagement, information into understanding, and follow-up into action.
