From “now what?”to a clearer next step.
Rivers Speaking Solutions connects brain health science, lived experience, and community. We create practical education, survivor-led programs, and professionally produced media.
Recovery resources. Prevention education. Conversations that keep useful knowledge moving beyond the clinic and conference room.

Home is a destination.
Understanding takes more.
After hospital discharge, or when outpatient therapy ends, survivors and families can still be asking: What happened? What comes next? Where do we turn?
RSS starts there, meeting people where they are and making room for questions that may surface long after the discharge conversation.
Education people can return to.
Prevention they can act on.
We bring lived experience and professional expertise into the same conversation, then turn that exchange into clear information, accessible resources, and practical next steps.
Clear. Practical. Human. Useful knowledge, delivered with people in mind.
Clinic to community.
From discharge to real life.

Recovery resources and prevention built in.
ROSA is RSS’s structured education and re-engagement program for stroke survivors and care partners navigating life after discharge.
A guided orientation, an aphasia-aware workbook, and connections to care and community help people understand recovery, revisit prevention, and identify a concrete next step. People can return as their questions and needs change.
Understand first. Then educate. Then equip.
Clinical participation is part of the model.
Hospitals, health systems, and university teams with teaching-hospital partners bring clinicians into the session to answer clinical questions and connect people with appropriate services. RSS brings survivor-led facilitation, curriculum, and accessible materials.
Support education that reaches people.
Healthcare and industry sponsors can fund unbranded stroke and brain health education, prevention resources, and community access. Partners can track participation, reported clarity, and practical next steps. Any research opportunity is separate and optional.
